Alicia D'Anella concentrates her practice in the representation of public entities, with a particular emphasis on public school districts and local government entities. She provides counsel on all aspects of labor and employment matters, public contracting, operations, and governance. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, as well as administrative agencies. She has extensive experience representing clients in all manner of labor arbitrations and in negotiating collective bargaining agreements. She is also well-versed in all phases of government procurement, from bidding to contract preparation and review. Her expertise extends to the Open Public Meetings Act, Open Public Records Act and all manner of public entity governance. In addition to her experience representing public entities, she spent over a decade as a municipal prosecutor. She has lectured on a variety of education law topics at seminars and professional development events across the state.

Alicia prides herself on her deep commitment to her clients and their needs. She is a relentless advocate and problem-solver, and remains available to her clients at their convenience.

Alicia is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She earned her law degree at Rutgers School of Law- Camden, where she graduated with Honors. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
